You can send us back your full order or just a part of it.
You can return items you bought for any reason and ask for an exchange or a refund in the next 7 days after you receive your order.

To return the product due to a size issue (if you made the mistake), all shipping costs for exchanges will be at your expense.
Only the price of the returned product will be refunded or exchanged.

In case we did send you a wrong size or a wrong items, shipping costs will be at our charge and you will not have to pay again for the different exchange return shipping fees.

We will provide you the exact shipping return adress where to send your package back.

All returns sent from outside Europe must follow this CN23 Import/Export declaration value:

– Check or write “Return Goods” on the customs document,
– Declare the value for $3 only on each product you are returning.

This way, the parcel will not be taxed by the customs office on import!

We will refuse your return if we have to pay import taxes because you forgot to add those informations!

Returns will only be accepted if the products are complete, in their original state.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the Client are not accepted nor can be exchanged.
We will Refund you or Exchange you within 3 days or less after order is back to us.
Refund, if the Customer opts for it, will be sent on the customer’s Bank or Paypal account used for initial payment of the order.
