Orders and Shipping
To avoid any import taxes when your order will enter your country (if outside Europe) or to minus the price custom will request, we do send all orders with minored invoice.
Longants and jackets are listed on our transit invoices as 45 eur, shorter pants at 35 euros, we also add a “free shipping” note to make the global value order as low as possible.
We can also manage to make even lower invoices as per your recommendation.
To get the correct amount to avoid any import taxes for your country, just get back to us after you complete your order with the exact details you like us to write on the invoice.
Same, if you dont like any lower invoices and need us to send the parcel with the exact prices you paied and accurate invoice, just let us know…
Beside the minored invoice attached to your parcel, you will be abble to get anytime the reel invoice with the reel price you have paied by accessing your customer area on our website and going to “your orders” and select the order from your list you like to get the invoice.
As all orders are sent from France, we do not add any invoice to the package for all shipping destination to Europe countries, as it is not necessary and no customs process is due. (invoices can still be found anytime in your customer area on our website)
Shipping time depends on your exact location and the shippping service you choose during the checkout so we cannot confirm you with an accurate date.
But we send your package the same day, the next day or later in the next 2 days after you complete your order on our website.
Most country worldwide are delivered in 5 to 14 days with regular shipping and 3 to 7 days with Express courrier.
For country inside Europe its mostly about 4 to 6 days with regular shipping and 2 to 4 with express.
All orders are sent from France (Europe)
You can edit your shipping adress directly inside your customer area “My Account”. You can also add more than one shipping adress to use as per your convenance.
In case you like to change your shipping adress after you place an order and before you get it delivered. Please see Return and Exchanges Faqs below : “What do i do if i entered an incorrect shipping adress”
After you complete your order, you will receive an email with your tracking informations.
You should also receive updates about your delivery during the different delivery stages.

No we dont keep any payement information on our website neither collect any kind of private details.
The payment process and bank information data processing is done under secure STRIPE Bank system or Paypal.
No we dont add any taxes to your orders, the price you pay is VAT included.
For international orders you may have to pay for import taxes when your package enter your country.
We do ship to mostly all country except some part of the world that it is not actually safe to send orders to.
If you cannot select your country during the checkout, please get back to us we will see if we can arrange any shippping to you.
Production relative
About Designs
Yes … Some designs we always produce from collections to the others (with some small adjustments or small addon remix) and some other are just a one shot production.
In the design page itself you will notice that for some designs when a size is coming out of stock in a specific color, the option to select your size will be blocked. It means that this design is now finish in your size and will not be reproduced (or at least it is not in the plan !)
For some other Designs, the ones we will produce again next, if a size is coming out of stock you will still have the option to make your selection and a new button “GET NOTIFIED” will appear.
You will have from there the option to register on our waiting list for this particular design in your color / sizing preferences.
Anyway, if you really like to get one that is actually out of stock and you dont get the option to register for the waiting list on the page, let us know the design name, the color you like and the size you need.
We will check if we can get one for you in Goa or advise you about next possible production on that range.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return a part or the full order for any consideration in the next 7 days after your delivery completed.
Just get back to us to inform us about your return.
If you made a mistake about the size you need or if you dont like the way it fits you or any other personal feeling and like to return the order and ask for refund, only the price of the goods will be refunded, the shipping cost will be at your expenses.
If you like to opt for exchange, we will help you in the exchange shipping back to you, but you will have first to pay the shiping back to us.

In case we did send you a wrong size, colors or a wrong items, shipping costs will be at our charge and you will not have to pay again for the different exchange return shipping fees.
Please get in touch with us by email to know the best return office location.
In case your package arrived damaged you will have to get in touch with your local shipping distributor.
Please advise us about the problem with picture and info, we like to see how we can help.

If you notice after completed your order and payment that you made a mistake on the shipping adress, get back to us as soon as possible.
We will make our best to organize the change with the courrier service.
Express courrier like UPS / DHL can make this process but the regular shipping service like La Poste , Colissimo, Mondial Relay do not offer the option to make any change after parcel being sent.
In case we already sent and cannot make any change, we will have to wait that the package return to us. We will contact you to see the different option to send it again.
If we did not sent out yet the parcel to the shipping provider, then we will get the option to make the change whatever is the shipping courrier you choose.
Yes you can change or cancel for any consideration within the 7 days after you receive your order.
You can also make some change to your order before we send out the package.

In case you really like to get a special design that is actually out of stock, let us know the design name, the color you like and the size you need.
We wil see if we can get one for you or advise about next possible production on that range.
Care recommendations
Care & Protect
Yes you can use washing machine to wash your pants. We suggest that for the first time you only wash cold to help fixing the colors. Then for the next time wash at 30C° or a bit more but avoid washing up to 35 or 40C°.
Take care also to wash your pants fabric in-out.
Drumble machine can stuck or scratch on the differents rivets accessories we put on the pants, so will be more safe with in-out way !Yes you can use washing machine to wash your pants. We do not recommend the use of any Tumble Dry machine as the high heat and speed process of drying can damage the fabrics, colors and in some case shrink the cotton. If you dont have any other option to dry your pants then use the lowest temperature program and shorter the time as possible.
Best is a Natural Drying process in a shadow area. Avoid at any circonstance to dry your pants in direct sun light exposure (specially in countries where sunlight is strong or in altitude places like montains)
Yes you can use Iron to get your pants a perfect look and fit 🙂
We recommend you iron fabric in-out or if you don’t then avoid the use of Iron directly on the printed patches.
If you like anyway to iron the printed patches parts then we recommend you use the low heat option (Synthetics). As our geometics printed parts addon could be damaged with a direct high heat ironing contact.Support
